Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, downloadable software, source code, and templates, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link or product source has been delivered or accessed.

Exceptions are strictly limited to:

• The product file is proven to be completely corrupted or technically defective, and our team cannot fix it.
• A duplicate transaction was made by accidental error (verified via logs).

2. Custom Development Services & Cancellations

For custom web/app development contracts:

• Cancellations requested within 24 hours of booking (and before work begins) are eligible for a refund minus gateway transaction fees.
• Once development has commenced and resources or code structures are deployed, advance payments are non-refundable.
